A project is not considered accepted or scheduled solely because an estimate or inquiry has been submitted through this website.
3. Written Agreements
Specific project terms, including scope of work, pricing, payment schedule, materials, estimated completion time, exclusions, warranties, and other project-specific conditions, may be established in a separate estimate, proposal, invoice, or written agreement.
If a project-specific written agreement conflicts with these website Terms & Conditions, the project-specific agreement will control with respect to that project.
4. Materials and Customer Selections
Depending on the project, materials may be supplied by Balan Construction, supplied by the customer, or purchased on behalf of the customer as specified in the applicable estimate or agreement.
Balan Construction is not responsible for manufacturer defects, discontinued products, shipping delays, incorrect customer-supplied materials, or other issues outside our reasonable control.
5. Changes to the Scope of Work
Work requested beyond the originally agreed scope may result in additional charges and additional completion time.
Changes may require written approval before additional work is performed.
Conditions that could not reasonably be identified before work begins may also require modifications to the scope, schedule, or price.
6. Scheduling and Delays
We make reasonable efforts to begin and complete projects according to the agreed schedule.
Project schedules may be affected by weather, inspections, permits, material availability, supplier delays, customer-requested changes, concealed conditions, access restrictions, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Any specific completion commitments will be governed by the applicable written project agreement.
7. Permits, Licensed Trades and Regulatory Requirements
Projects are performed in accordance with applicable project requirements and regulations.
When a project includes work that requires a permit, specialized trade license, licensed contractor, inspection, or other authorization, such work must be performed, supervised, coordinated, or subcontracted as required by applicable Florida and local law.
Nothing on this website is intended to represent that Balan C&R LLC holds a particular professional or trade license unless that license is specifically identified and currently valid.
8. Electrical, Plumbing and Other Specialized Work
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, roofing, and other regulated work may require appropriately licensed professionals depending on the nature and scope of the project.
References on this website to such work in connection with a remodeling or renovation project do not represent that Balan C&R LLC independently performs every regulated trade.
Where required, appropriately licensed professionals may be involved in accordance with applicable law and project requirements.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the project area and for communicating known property conditions that may affect the work.
Customers are also responsible for obtaining approvals from homeowners associations, property owners, landlords, or other private parties when such approvals are required unless otherwise agreed in writing.
